Our collaborative welcomes kind, dynamic, certified educators who are committed to inspiring young learners, and fostering a love of self, others, nature, and learning. Educators are valued and supported, and will receive regularly scheduled reflective supervision.

By teaching with The Children's Wellness Learning Collaborative, educators can actively participate in creating a positive impact on children's well-being, growth, and success.  Whether you have a passion for inspiring young learners, nature-based activities, or small group instruction, there are opportunities for you to share your skills and make a difference in the lives and learning of children. Ideal candidates will possess: strong communications skills, practice kindness, be adept in peaceful conflict resolution, be enthusiastic about creating a positive mindset, empathetic, open to working as part of a team, have healthy boundaries, be inclusive, be a good listener, creative, previous experience in education, comfortable exploring the outdoors in different weather.
